EVEN KINGS FEEL

Even the strongest among us need support. The Even Kings Feel initiative was developed to address the unique pressures and mental health challenges Black men face. It provides safe, judgment-free spaces where Black men can express their emotions, fears, and vulnerabilities. Acknowledging vulnerability is not a weakness but a powerful step toward true strength and resilience. Don’t let the weight of societal pressures stop you from seeking the help you deserve.

Addressing Mental Health Barriers Faced by Black Men

Systemic Racism

Systemic racism deeply impacts Black men’s access to education, employment, and justice, which directly affects their mental health. Even Kings Feel is committed to breaking down these barriers to help Black men achieve true equality and mental well-being.

Stigma Surrounding Mental Health

Mental health stigmas, especially the cultural expectations of strength and stoicism, often prevent Black men from seeking the support they need. Even Kings Feel works to redefine strength as the courage to seek help and create safe spaces where vulnerability is embraced.

Economic Stress

Financial challenges often take a toll on health, relationships, and self-worth. Even Kings Feel equips Black men with the tools to create economic resilience and avoid the stressors that contribute to mental health struggles.

Redefining Strength in the Black Community

"I was able to have an outlet and find ways to get through whatever I'm going through."

True strength doesn’t lie in silence—it’s found in the courage to ask for help and support one another. Even Kings Feel is committed to breaking the silence around suicide and mental health among Black men. Through targeted programs, open conversations, and peer support, we’re saving lives and promoting mental wellness for our sons, brothers, fathers, and loved ones.

BUILDING
CONNECTIONS

No man should face mental health challenges alone. Even Kings Feel fosters meaningful relationships through mentorship programs, group activities, and family workshops. These connections form the foundation for personal growth, mutual support, and community resilience, helping Black men see themselves as part of something bigger.
