Project LIFT offers support to Black teens and fathers through personal development, wellness and emotional support services. Have an at-risk teen or father that could use our help? We’re currently accepting referrals. To refer a client, please complete our referral form.

- Employment/Vocational Programs
- Behavioral Health Professionals
- School and Court Systems
- Community Social Service Agencies
- And more....we are open!
Insurance/Cost Statement:
We accept Medicaid, Medical Mutual and Cleveland Clinic Insurance. If you elect to self-pay or another provider insures you, please contact us to find out how we can support you!
